Dr. T. M. Hughes, III graduated from T.C.U. and went on to the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston where he received his M.D. He completed his urology residency at the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky in 1987.

He joins West Texas Urology in Midland after having worked in private practice in Houston, Texas for over 20 years and 1 year of practice in Marble Falls, Texas.
